Our History
MAMYARA was born from a personal story deeply linked to languages and cultural diversity. Daughter of a Senegalese father and a Spanish mother, I grew up between two worlds and understood very early on that each language is a gateway to new ways of thinking, feeling and connecting with others.
Mamyara's origin
The name MAMYARA comes from Wolof, my father's native language, and combines my two first names: Marem and Yara. Even though I wasn't able to learn Wolof during my childhood, hearing this word pronounced by others always reminds me of the intersection of cultures that shaped my view of the world and that inspires this project today.
The realization of a project
Today, MAMYARA brings this vision to life in a professional way.
Through teaching, translation, and interpreting, we aim to build bridges between languages and cultures.
Each course, each session, and each project is built on the same idea: to facilitate communication in every context.
That is why MAMYARA’s motto is that languages open doors.
Words open doors.
Would you like us to open them for you?
